This was my first wedding cake. It is a stacked 4 tier wedding cake. I used fondant for the blue sash that draped the cake, and silver ribbon around the base of each tier.
This cake consists of Two layers of White Champagne cake with Buttercream filling and icing, a layer of Chocolate cake with chocolate fudge filling and buttercream icing, and the top layer is a ButterRum cake with Rum flavor buttercream filling and icing.
